Todd Gibbs is the Director of Operations for The Eastern Iowa Airport. Prior to holding this position, Todd served in two other roles at the airport, serving first as an Airport Operations Coordinator, and then as the Manager of Planning and Development.
Prior to coming to CID, Todd served 22 years in the United States Air Force retiring as a Major. During his years with the Air Force, Gibbs held several aviation related roles. He started his career in the Air Force as an enlisted Avionics Technician working on F-16’s. Midway through his career Todd completed his degree and was selected to attend Officer Training School. As an officer he held positions related to airfield operations, including Quality Assurance Manager and Air Traffic Control/Airfield Manager.
Todd is a graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He is a licensed commercial pilot and is a Certified Member (C.M.) of the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE).
